Rick has worked in the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado, since 1991. The work includes custom homes in the Mid-Valley, remodels of multiple condominiums, including commercial build outs. Rick is currently heading the design and preconstruction of the new 29,000 square foot "TCB Building II." Upon completion of the design process; Northway will lead the construction management.

Steve Northway
As president, CFO and CEO of Norson Construction, he helped grow the business into a $50 million construction services firm featuring design-build, bid, and construction management delivery systems for both residential and commercial clients. Under his guidance, the company earned five National Construction Awards of Excellence and twelve National Safety Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors. His firm was also named nine times as one of Qualified Remodeler Magazine's top 500 contractors in the United States. In 2003, Steve shifted his focus from building to consulting and education with the formation of Building Knowledge, Inc. BKI creates and sells interactive educational tools that connect good building science practices with the best and most appropriate building products for the construction of high performance homes. BKI has become a nationally recognized leader in the "green" building movement. Steve brings a strong combination of business savvy and hands-on construction expertise to the Northway team.
