Steve
Northway
CEO Steve Northway has
been a construction industry leader for over 30 years, and has
become something of a legend in the Lakes Area Construction
Industry. As a co-founder of a large local construction firm with
his late brother Ed, Steve has an unparalled command of the building
trade. Having left to establish Building Knowledge Inc., an
international company dedicated to developing and teaching building
science principles and building best practices, Steve longed to
employ his passion for building transcendent structures and
co-founded Northway Construction.
Because of his outstanding reputation, Steve has attracted a team
that shares his devotion to excellence and his love of creating
complete satisfaction for clients.
Ed Northway
II
Ed is a native of the Brainerd
Lakes Area and a graduate of Brainerd High School. He received a
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in
Annapolis, MD and served seven years as a Naval Officer after
graduation. Ed has honed his leadership and management skills
throughout his military career and now employs them at Northway
Construction.
At Northway Construction, Ed
oversees a powerful design/build process that sets the standard for
the industry.
Rick Koehler
Rick has worked in the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado, since 1991.
The work includes custom homes in the Mid-Valley, remodels of
multiple condominiums, including commercial build outs. Rick is
currently heading the design and preconstruction of the new 29,000
square foot "TCB Building II." Upon completion of the design
process; Northway will lead the construction management.
