Absolute integrity. It’s Northway core value number two. We do what we say we will do, every time. We do what’s right, legally and morally. And to determine whether or not an action is fair and honest, we ask ourselves the following questions:
- Does this action attempt to deceive anyone or allow anyone to be deceived?
- Does this action gain or allow the gain of a privilege or advantage, to which I or someone else would not be otherwise entitled?
- Would I be satisfied by the outcome if I were on the receiving end of this action?
At Northway Construction we have a saying. "A good contractor uses what they know about their clients for their clients’ advantage, not for themselves."
Our honesty starts at hello and continues as we review plans. If a design isn’t going to work as it’s drawn, we’ll be the first to bring it up. Also, we promise never to bid less than quality materials in order to keep our proposals low.
We appreciate that you have a fixed budget and not an open checkbook. We provide accurate budgets through detailed analysis and years of experience.
