If you'd like, we'll set up the interviews and even come with you to the meeting. Next, we will discuss which architect we both feel best understands your personality and aesthetically gets what you are looking for.
Already have an architect? Awesome! We're excited to meet them. Our goal is to understand your collective vision and build the best possible home, for the best possible value.
Design matters.
Now that your architect has been selected, our focus shifts to pure creativity. You'll enjoy seeing your home come to life in renderings and drawings illustrating your vision. Once again, Northway Construction facilitates the process, advising both you and your architect every step of the way.

with a number of design possibilities. - We will develop early cost estimates to ensure
you are staying on budget. - We will help your architect incorporate the latest
building science techniques to ensure your home
is energy efficient, safe and comfortable.

The fun continues. Now it's time to define the interior
and exterior design elements of your new home including
light fixtures, wood selection and furniture placement.
This step is focused on accomplishing two goals.
- Define what you love.
- Design what you love to fully embrace the floor plan, flow and purpose of your new home. We'll lead the way, allowing you the freedom to shop and create on your own. Or if you prefer, we'll bring in one of our trusted interior designers to assist with the selection process.
- We will help you define furnishings, color palettes and styles.
- Together we will review the drawings, customizing them
to perfectly match your vision. - We will confirm and discuss early cost estimates, making
sure the project is staying within your budget. - We will review the design with qualified craftsmen
to verify preliminary pricing.

You can feel the momentum building. This is our final step before we're ready to break ground on your new home or remodeling project. We review all the construction blueprints, allowances, and the interior design plans toensure your dream home stays within budget. After we've crossed the "t's" and dotted the "i's," your project is ready for construction. At this point we will also agree on the project's final timeline — start to finish.

During the construction of your home or remodeling project, you'll have a front row seat to each step, regardless of your location on the globe. You'll be in the know thanks to our innovative online technologies with weekly progress and status reports. Prefer traditional communication? No problem. We're in touch on a weekly basis with phone calls, faxes and photo updates.
- You'll go on site visits with us, the architect and the
subcontractors to see progress first-hand, making sure our vision is aligned with yours. - We will work in collaboration with the construction
team to keep you updated on the overall progress of your project. - We will communicate clearly and personally, always keeping you informed about any potential timeline or budget changes.
It's the final countdown.
Months of construction, communication, and project management all lead to this moment — the walk-through of your completed home. We'll personally teach you how to use each system within your new house, the air exchanger, the water softener, even the home theater! Don't worry though, if you forget or have any questions, we'll be right there ready to help.
