Our core values guide the Northway Construction culture, brand, and business strategies. These seven statements are the foundation by which we live, work, and operate, every day.
Safety above all else. Our commitment to safety is complete and unwavering. We do not let time or money override our obligation to keeping our people and sites safe. Nothing else on this list matters if people are getting hurt, maimed, or killed on our jobsites.
Absolute integrity. We do what we say we will do, every time. We do what’s right, legally and morally. To determine whether or not an action is fair and honest, we ask ourselves the following:
- Does this action attempt to deceive anyone or allow anyone to be deceived?
- Does this action gain or allow the gain of a privilege or advantage to which I or someone else would not otherwise be entitled?
- Would I be satisfied by the outcome if I were on the receiving end of this action?
Always add value – ALWAYS.
Northway Construction exists to add value for our clients in exchange for a fair profit.
Everything we do focuses on providing the Ultimate Customer Experience while building the best
buildings possible. When we put taking the best care of our clients first, then success will follow.
No babysitting.
We are like a professional sports team: we work and play together and look out for one another,
but being a top performer is necessary to have a spot on the team. We take charge of our own
lives and display personal responsibility at all times.
Honor the one not present.
We speak to people with respect, whether they are in front of us or not. We do not listen to or
participate in disloyal discussions about people who are absent.
Work hard and have fun.
We work hard, play to win, and have fun. We support each other in taking time to play and spend
time with family and friends.
