Being mentored by his father from day one, Chad saw first-hand the value of listening versus speaking, earning respect versus demanding it, and making decisions based on what’s best for the client, not what’s best for himself.

More than 20 years of construction experience later, Chad walked onto the scene at Northway Construction. Once there he continued to evolve his higher standard of customer service by placing the client first. Every time. Every day.

Even after completing a career-worthy list of projects, establishing mobs of happy clients, and winning the elusive national excellence in construction award, Chad still has one undeniable vision. Earn respect. Establish trust. Treat each opportunity as a privilege.
